How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you're on a Monthly or Yearly Subscription, you can cancel your plan at any time. However, the cancellation will only take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. This means:

  • If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have full access until the end of the paid month.
  • If you cancel a yearly subscription, you will retain access until the end of your 12-month billing period.

To cancel your subscription, simply go to your user account settings and follow the cancellation process.

How to Change Your Subscription Plan

Yes, you can change your plan at any time! Dubly.AI offers two flexible payment options:

  • Monthly Subscription
  • Yearly Subscription (with a 20% discount)

If you need more features or translation minutes, you can upgrade your plan immediately. Your new plan will be activated right away.

If you want to downgrade to a lower-tier plan, you will need to wait until your current billing period ends before the new plan takes effect. This ensures that you fully utilize the benefits of your current subscription before switching.
